The staff here at The Internet Review of Science Fiction is an all-volunteer effort. We pay authors for reviews, essays, bibliographies, features, and interviews, but the editors are doing this for the love of it. There is still opportunity for more involvement, so if you think you might like to get involved, IROSF remains very much a work in progress.
